I am the founder of L.A.B. Wellness Coaching and Yoga, LLC. I offer health and wellness coaching, private yoga instruction, and consulting/training services. I am a national board certified health and wellness coach and a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. While I enjoy working with clients with a variety of goals, I specialize in supporting high achieving/ambitious women with autoimmune or other chronic medical conditions who want to increase energy, decrease symptoms of stress, renew professional passion, and increase time freedom.

My job is to help you connect to your internal wisdom, clarify your goals, and support you as an accountability partner on your journey to greater well-being. I can help you clarify questions you may have for your medical provider, support you in the dietary changes you’d like to make, help you stay accountable to the movement goals you might have, and help you fine-tune those areas in your life that ultimately will enhance your well-being.
Let’s talk about getting better sleep, enjoying better life-work integration, eliminating burnout, or enjoying more time with your family. Although the wellness industrial complex has created a certain ideal of a “well” person, YOU get to decide what well-being means to you.

During and after the pandemic closures, on-line yoga instruction really took off. However, a lot of people learned yoga by watching videos or watching online in a large group setting where the instructor wasn’t really looking at them or offering specific instruction to them. It’s time to devote some focused attention on yourself so you can experience the benefits of a yoga practice that is tailored to your needs. Come alone or bring a small group of friends who can each log in for semi-private instruction.

After two decades of experience in higher education as a professor, psychologist, and administrator, I have done hundreds of presentations and trainings on well-being, health equity, the experiences of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) individuals in higher ed, and providing first-class wellness services for college students.
